Fondue Evenings with Flair

Sooner or later, everyone who comes to Zürs looks in at the Flexenhäusl, as it is located at the highest point in Flexenstraße (Flexen Street) directly alongside the ski slope. Even as you ski past, the idea of taking a break here becomes something quite tantalising. Embedded in the deep snow, its little terrace promises a gloriously panoramic view of the mountains.

And inside there is a cosy parlour that awaits you with seats for only twenty people. At lunchtime the owner, Peter Dullnig, pampers his guests with dishes from Austria, yet the true speciality of the Flexenhäusl is its Fondue Chinoise, served here in the evenings. For this you need to reserve a table in good time.
