The small print
Weekend bookings from Thursday to Sunday are calculated as equivalent to the rate of the next highest season period. For late arrivals or early departures we charge the confirmed price minus € 55.00 per person per day. Single occupancy of a suite, a tower room, a junior suite or a double room reduces the price by € 55.00 per day.
On your day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 12.00 midday, otherwise we would have to charge you for an additional day. On your day of arrival rooms are available from 3.00 p.m. Thank you for your cooperation. Your reservation is considered binding on receipt of a deposit of 20% per person.
Cancellations our cancellation terms are based on the Austrian hotel contract conditions (ÖHVB). No charge up to four weeks before the planned arrival. 3 nights up to two weeks before the planned arrival. Less than two weeks before the planned arrival 50 % of the planned stay. Please note that a Hotel Cancellation Insurance is available. You can find more information under "www.europaeische.at".
Children up to three years old, staying in their parents‘ room, free. Up to the end of their 14th year we calculate € 9.00 for each year, per day for half board. Dogs € 20.00 per day cleaning package charge. Please understand that dogs are not allowed into the dining room or the “Chesa” á la carte restaurant.
Garage € 13.00 per day Room service € 6.00 per person We accept MasterCard, VISA and EC Cards. Ski passes we are happy to provide these at the reception.
Carnival week Minimum stay seven days. On payment of the hotel bill by credit card we are obliged to charge a supplement of at least 3 % for non-hotel services such as ski passes, ski school, porter expenses etc. Please note the winter stoppage of the Lech-Warth route.
On publication of this price list, all previous price lists are no-longer valid. Subject to alterations. Otherwise the relevant stipulations of the Austrian hotel contract conditions (ÖHVB) apply.
